For Employees

One instalment. Your take-home pay back.

Reset Direct consolidation is available to employees whose employer has implemented the Affordability and Deduction Management Platform. If your payroll is on the platform, this page explains what we do and what it costs you.

Reset Direct For Employees
Reset Direct Consolidation

Who this is for

  • You are permanently employed on a payroll governed by the platform
  • You have existing credit agreements you are struggling to service
  • You are not under debt review

If your employer is not on the platform, we cannot assist you, and we would rather tell you that here than after an application. Reset Direct does not lend onto a payroll it does not manage.

We settle what you owe, and replace it with one instalment.

Your existing providers are settled and come off your payroll. What remains is a single instalment, collected off your salary before it reaches your bank account, sized to sit inside the rules your employer has set and above the minimum take-home floor. Where we can, we negotiate a settlement discount with your existing providers, which reduces the amount you have to settle.

We rely on the channel, not on your credit score.

A credit score largely reflects how a person performed against debit orders and bank collections. We are not collecting that way. We collect off a governed payroll, which allows us to approve and price on a different basis to a bank.

What we do not set aside

Every application receives a full affordability assessment under the National Credit Act:

  • Credit bureau enquiry, including debt review status
  • Payslip verification and expense assessment
  • Identity verification against Home Affairs
  • Bank account verification and sanctions screening
  • Credit life requirements applied to every facility

All of it is enforced in the system and cannot be overridden by a consultant. Applications are declined. What we do not do is decline on a credit score alone.

Four ways to apply, all of them free to you.
